This month we are really excited to welcome Aimee Gamble-Milner to Women in Tech!

The Title Of This Talk Has Been Removed By Request Of The Author*

by Aimee Gamble-Milner

Aimee

*In case you were wondering, it hasn’t really, that is the actual title.

This is a journey of personal and professional self-discovery exploring the positive impact technology has on discovering and defining yourself contrasted with the unknowing consequences it could bring. Aimee’s rambling will cover identity and privacy from an LGBT perspective.

About Aimee

Aimee is a full-stack JavaScript developer at Nottingham-based S4RB, working to deliver software that facilitates closer collaboration between retailers and their suppliers. Her career has taken her through scientific academia and teaching before returning to her teenage passion of programming and making a tiny corner of the web work.
