Welcome to the third annual Tech Nottingham Secret Santa gift exchange! The very best way to get festive and get to know your fellow community members by sending random gifts to lovely people!
We can’t think of a nicer way to spend our cold dark December than eagerly awaiting a gift to drop through the letterbox from a fellow community member 😊
Sign up below by 29th November to be part of our gift exchange!
You’ll get randomly assigned a fellow tech-nottlingham to bestow lovely thoughtful gifts on and in return (as well as all the warm fuzzies of making someone's day) you get a festive surprise back!
You can deliver presents throughout the first half of December but please have your gifts posted/dropped off or arranged to do so before 13th December.
Post your gift to Tech Nottingham HQ or use one of our physical drop-off locations, this year including an in-person group drop-off social - details of all options will be sent to participants on 1st December. Then the amazing Tech Nottingham Santa team will drop off your present to your giftee direct!
What about a budget I hear you say!? There’s no recommended spend, you can be as generous as you wish but that doesn’t have to mean splashing the cash! Handmade, creative, unusual gifts are just as meaningful if not more so than lavish Amazon bounty. We leave it completely up to you.

Join our #secret-santa channel in Slack and post about yourself to help your secret santa-ee get to know what you’re wishing for this Christmas and don’t forget to fill in your Slack profile too.
Address Privacy
Your address will be kept between the Tech Nottingham team and select volunteer elves (and possibly the Post Office for those further afield). All gifts will be sent to Tech Nottingham HQ and then we’ll deliver them across the community to their intended recipients, like a kind of Christmas-themed gift delivering person.
